PLC Motion Axis Card Programming

1. Have the ability to plan the electrical control of the entire equipment;

1. College degree or above, major in mechatronics, automation, computer, electronics, electrical, or related fields;

2. At least 3 years of industrial automation design and control experience and robot control technology;

3. Proficient in selecting and matching light sources, lenses, industrial cameras, boards, industrial computers, servo, stepper, PLC, and various sensors (KEYENCE, OMRON)

4. Familiar with motion control principles, skilled in using motion control development kits for device motion control development;

5. Familiar with automatic motion control of non-standard equipment.

6. Good job planning skills.

1. 2-5 years of relevant working experience in the automation and electronic control industry;

2. Collation/review of electrical control related technical data during equipment design, including BOM/schematic diagram/specification/electrical diagram/electrical control test specification/quality standard, etc;

3. Responsible for manufacturability assessment (DFM) of equipment electrical controls and selection of electrical components;

4. Experience in PLC programming;

5. Proficient in using IO cards, AD cards, and DA to complete data acquisition and output;

6. Proficient in using motion control cards for high-precision motor control;

7. Proficient in using various communication interfaces, including 232/485/422/1553B/LVDS/Ethernet, etc;

8. Good software programming style, complete software code annotations.

Mechanical design, electromechanical integration

1. College degree or above, with at least two years of experience in automation equipment development and design.

2. Familiar with commonly used mechanism principles and their applications, skilled in using 2D and 3D software such as AUTO CAD and Solidworks for structural design, strong learning ability and independent work ability, hardworking, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and a sense of teamwork.
